Clambakes 'R' Us, a Personal Chef Service serving the Lower Cape area, specializing in planning and preparing clambakes in the comfort of your own home or yard. We will prepare, cook, and serve the clambake on site.
The minimum number of guests for a Clambakes 'R' Us Clambake is 15. We can cater smaller groups, but a charge of $15.00/person missing may be added. The current cost per person for a full Clambake is $34.95 plus MA meals tax. This price is subject to change, due to seafood market fluctuations. Also included in this price is melted butter and lemon wedges for the seafood. In addition, we supply lobster platters, heavy duty plasticware, lobster bibs, napkins, lobster crackers and picks, salt & pepper, and serving utensils. Larger lobsters are available upon request.
We do not supply tables and chairs for your guests, but rentals can be arranged, if needed. We bring all our own cooking supplies and trash cans. We take pride in personally serving the food "family-style" at the guest tables. After the feast, we will clean up and take the trash with us!
Labor costs for your clambake are extra. Clambakes for 10 or more require a minimum of two staff members. Time approximate is 3-4 hrs. per clambake, depending on the number of courses. Additional waitstaff and bartenders are available for larger clambakes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your clambake date. For clambakes of 20 guests or more, a 15% gratuity may be added to the final invoice.
